Training Curriculum on Drop Out prevention of migrant students in School Education

The aim is to design a TRAINING CURRICULUM by defining and developing the necessary knowledge, skills and competences for the School Education professional profiles to prevent Drop Out of migrant students. As well as setting a framework for the assessment of learning outcomes based on the European ECVET methodology and tools.

The training curriculum will allow the transfer and recognition of learning outcomes in Drop Out prevention of migrant students in School Education. Furthermore, this Training Curriculum will be a complimentary tool for the development of the project Pedagogical Handbook and Professional Toolbox.

The development of the Training Curriculum will start by establishing the theoretical framework for the development of the School Education professional profiles to prevent Drop Out of migrant students. The identification and definition of learning objectives, outcomes and units, will be based on EQF and European ECVET frameworks and guidelines.

This product will be designed for its corresponded EQF level, taking into account the complexity, range and level of learning expected to be achieved. It will include detailed description of:

  • learning units and learning outcomes in terms of knowledge, skills and competences.
  • hours of total learning, including contact hours, hands-on practice, self-study and assessment, and allocate respective ECVET points.
